Mansya Jewellery does not offer refunds for any products sold on our website. All sales are final.
Exceptions
The following items are eligible for a refund:
- Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival
- Products that are not as described on our website
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] We will need to see a photo of the damaged or defective product in order to process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we have received your refund request and reviewed the photo, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color
- Item not received
Please note that we do not offer refunds for international orders.
