Return and Exchange Policy

Mansya Jewellery does not offer returns or exchanges for any products sold on our website. All sales are final.

Exceptions

The following items are eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Products that are not as described on our website
  • If bangles size is not correct then we will replace it.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you are eligible for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] We will need to see a photo of the damaged or defective product in order to process your return or exchange.

Return or Exchange Timeline

Once we have received your return or exchange request and reviewed the photo, we will process your return or exchange within 7 business days. The refund or exchange will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size or color
  • Item not received

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
